Races and places -McCall

We had the good pleasure of spending a weekend with our friends the Hills in McCall.  Scott and Jason raced the McCall Classic and both of them raced and placed really well competing in the 10 mile. Nice job, guys!!

Kristin and I took the kids to a fun children's day event put on by all kinds of outdoor groups.  Then we met up with the guys and spent the rest of the day on the lake. 
I'm thankful for these kind, fun-loving, funny friends, the perfectly pleasant weather, and a beautiful lake and mountains to play in.

this was a really cool trailer filled with plastic sand with a mini river of water that could be diverted and dammed up.  It mesmerized the kids.

I'm glad this was not a flying squirrel jump.  Feet first is just fine I think.

Luke has HUGE feet for his age.

It's hard to get a shot in focus when you're shivering and bouncing.

And, he is so very flexible.
