It looks like the demand for a short-order cook in the Swan kitchen is waning. Hallelujah.
We had Waldorf salad the other night and I offered all of the same things in that salad on Trevor's plate but separately. So, he sat across the table from us and consumed romaine lettuce, carrots, apples, chicken and blue cheese dressing with crumbles! "Nummy, nummy."
I'm pretty impressed.
Today he ate a tiny tuna fish sandwich gladly and willingly for the first time, too.
Now, we don't even need him to sit in the high chair (and he prefers not to sit there) because he is so skilled with even the messiest of foods!
