Skater

There are several advantages to learning sports while young.
One is that you are blissful ignorant of the risk of injury. I think another is that you aren't falling from very far.
Here is Trevor skateboarding. (Good job to Daddy for the prep.)

I'm glad he seems so comfortable on it. I might have him teach me by the time summer comes.
Our neighbor's son already gave me a mini lesson on his ripstick. Now, I really want my own ripstick, although I really won't be able to use one until Joel is pedaling on the greenbelt on his own.

Meanwhile, Joel lately has been very interested in the balance board.

Trevor! You are awesome, dude. I'm very impressed with your skating boarding skills. Can't wait to watch you next time I'm in Boise. Keep up the good work.

Now, have these skills come about as part of their upbringing, or is it in their blood? I'm guessing both. Regardless, kudos to both Trevor and Joel--both of whom seem blessed with an inconceivable amount of balance. And even more kudos to their hip mom, who not only holds the video/camera steady, but also encourages and praises her sons' extreme interests. :o) Love those boys!!!
